Making the Meatballs

Here is how to crack an egg cleanly!

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Get a decently large bowl
  3. In this large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. (If you have gloves, put them on, if not, that is fine).
  5. Use your hands to mix the ingredients until everything is mixed a lot.
  6. Use your hands to put the mixture into around 1-1/2 inch meatballs, and then place them on a baking sheet with some grease (so it doesn't stick).
  7. When the oven reaches 400 degrees, put the pan of meatballs into the oven.
  8. Leave the meatballs in the oven for around 20-25 minutes until they are brown and cooked through.
  9. Take the meatballs out of the oven with an oven mit.
  10. Let the meatballs cool off for around 2-3 minutes before serving them!
  11. Congrats! You just made meatballs!
